Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, please refer to the following expected delivery times:
- Ground advantage: 2-5 business days
- Priority mail: 2-3 business days
- Stamp: 5-7 business days
All orders (not including stamped mail) include tracking information that will be sent to your email.
Pattern Club
Pattern Club mail is sent on the second to last Monday of each month. Mail is shipped via stamp and does not come with tracking to keep mail club costs lower. Please allow 5-7 business days for mail to arrive. If you do not receive it after 4 weeks, please contact me so I can send a replacement.
Note about stained glass orders:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on stained glass pieces. Each stained glass piece is packaged carefully for safe delivery. Once the piece is unwrapped there is no guarantee it won't be damaged in the return shipment. If there's an issue with the shipping or the item, please contact me so I can help you!
Pre-orders
All pre-order items are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to be made. Please refer to this page for updates. They will be shipped out as soon as they are complete and you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact me if you need any help or have questions!
Do you ship internationally?
I do not currently offer international shipping.
