Refund policy

Stained glass

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on stained glass pieces. Each stained glass piece is packaged carefully for safe delivery. Once the piece is unwrapped there is no guarantee it won't be damaged in the return shipment. If there's an issue with the shipping or the item, please contact me so I can help you!

Pre-orders

All pre-order items are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to be made. When you place an order, your order number will be listed on the shipping policy page with the status of your piece. Please refer to that page for updates. They will be shipped out as soon as they are complete and you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact me if you need any help or have questions!

All other items

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at amayajade@amayajade.com. Unless the item was damaged in shipping the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges or Refunds
If an item is damaged we will exchange or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method which can take up to 7 days depending on your financial institution.
